• Generating instructions for self-harm or suicide
• Facilitating terrorism or violent extremism

2.3 Child Safety

• Production or distribution of CSAM
• Grooming or solicitation of minors
• Child exploitation or trafficking
• Sexualization of children in any form

2.4 Harassment and Abuse

• Harassing, bullying, or threatening individuals or groups
• Hate speech targeting protected characteristics (race, religion, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, disability)
• Doxxing or sharing private information without consent
• Coordinating harassment campaigns
• Creating content intended to humiliate or defame individuals

2.5 Fraud and Deception

• Creating fraudulent documents, identities, or financial instruments
• Phishing or social engineering attacks
• Impersonating individuals, organizations, or authorities
• Spreading disinformation or deliberately false information
• Manipulating or deceiving others for financial or personal gain

2.6 Malware and Cyber Threats

• Creating, distributing, or testing malware, viruses, or ransomware
• Developing exploits or zero-day weapons
• Facilitating unauthorized access to computer systems
• Creating tools intended for unauthorized surveillance or intrusion

2.7 Spam and Commercial Abuse

• Sending unsolicited commercial emails or messages
• Bulk messaging or spam campaigns
• Referral schemes or pyramid marketing
• Scraping or harvesting user data without authorization

2.8 Intellectual Property Violations

• Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of copyrighted material
• Trademark infringement or counterfeiting
• Theft of trade secrets
• Plagiarism or misattribution

2.9 Competing Model Training

• Systematically harvesting outputs for model training
• Using the Service as a training dataset for proprietary models
• Reverse-engineering Alkaid AI models or services

2.10 Safety Circumvention and Jailbreaking

• Using prompt injection or adversarial techniques to bypass safety guidelines
• Attempting to manipulate the AI into violating these policies
• Creating workarounds to access restricted functionality

3. High-Risk Domains Requiring Caution

While not prohibited, the following domains carry heightened responsibility. Astronomers should exercise extreme caution and independently verify all information:

• The Service cannot provide medical diagnoses or prescribe treatments

All content submitted to the Service must:
